What is The Thirsty Ranch’s service area?
We are located in beautiful Milton, Florida. We provide mobile bartending services and bar rentals throughout the Pensacola, Florida area and the rest of the Florida Panhandle. Our service area includes Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Destin, Niceville, Freeport, Defuniak Springs, and beyond.
Does The Thirsty Ranch provide alcohol for events?
Florida law prohibits us from providing alcohol at your event. However, our experienced bartenders will provide you with a customized shopping list for your event to ensure you have everything you need. We do provide garnishes, mixers, water, tea, lemonade, and coffee.
Does The Thirsty Ranch provide non-alcoholic beverage service?
Absolutely! We provide beverage service for all types of events, including children’s parties. We’re happy to set up hydration stations with water, tea, and lemonade, as well as mocktails, coffee bars and hot chocolate bars. Whatever you have in mind for your event, we can make it happen.
What is The Thirsty Ranch’s booking and cancellation policy?
Start by filling out our online booking form so we can get more information about your event and specific needs and budget. We require a 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 21 days prior to your event. If booking less than 21 days in advance, full payment is due at time of booking.
We are happy to work with clients who need to reschedule their event for a later date. Should you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 30 days notice. Rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original date, and depend on availability.
Will The Thirsty Ranch’s mobile bar trailer fit at my venue site?
The Thirsty Ranch’s mobile bar trailer can be set up at most outdoor venues with flat ground and electricity. We are familiar with most venues in our area and can determine if our bar trailer can be set up. We will work with you prior to your event to ensure there’s plenty of clearance for set up and breakdown for a stress-free experience.
